How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Garrizon account at any time by following these steps:

1. Log in to your Garrizon account at app.garrizon.net/login
2. Go to your Profile page (click your avatar in the top-right corner)
3. Scroll down to the Danger Zone section
4. Click “Delete Account”
5. Confirm by typing the required confirmation text and entering your password
6. Click “Delete My Account” to permanently delete your account

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your profile information (name, email, phone number, profile photo)
• Your login credentials and active sessions
• Your organization membership

For Organization Administrators

If you are the administrator of an organization and choose to delete your organization along with your account, the following additional data will be permanently deleted:

• All organization data (sites, guards, clients, schedules)
• All reports (daily activity reports, incident reports, field logs)
• All time tracking records and payroll data
• All GPS tracking and patrol history
• All uploaded photos and documents
• Active subscription (automatically cancelled)

Data Retention After Deletion

Your personal data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion. Some data may be retained longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes or enforcing agreements. Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics purposes.

Alternative: Request Deletion by Email

If you are unable to log in or need assistance, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@garrizon.net with the subject line “Delete My Account.” Please include the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.
